Testimonials

Jody is an inspirational, down-to-earth woman who walks the talk of living and serving as a true Yogi by teaching others about Ayurveda and the yogic lifestyle and how to apply the principles to your daily life. She does so by informing, nurturing and treating others with loving kindness. Just the type of person our world needs more of.

— Susie

Nourish… The perfect word to describe for Jody’s retreat.  I arrived with my head my head buzzing, an exhausted body and a need to reconnect with girlfriends. Through food, yoga, self reflection and the all important open talks in a safe space – I was nourished and ready to face the world again.

— Kris
