One month prior

Full refund if cancellation made one month before the retreat or training starts.

Within one month of retreat or training starting

If cancellation occurs within one month of the start date no refund will be given unless a replacement participant can be found to take your place. In the case of a replacement participant being found $150 will be charged for administration.

If paying by instalment, the first instalment is to be paid upon booking. The remaining amount must be paid by one month prior to the start date of the retreat/training, or the place may be forfeited, in which case refund policies apply as above.

Fees paid are not transferrable to other courses or retreats run by Jody Vassallo, unless notified within one month of the commencement date.

Once the retreat/training has commenced

If a refund is requested within the last week prior to the retreat/training commencing no refund will be given unless a replacement participant can be found. In the case of a replacement participant being found a fee of $150 will be charged for administration.

From the day that the. Retreat/training commences no refund will be given. You are welcome to send another person in your place.
