Gather is an online community of like-minded women who meet to discuss all things menopause, peri, post, and beyond. It’s a safe, nurturing space to share, reflect, and grow together.

  • We will meet twice a month for zoom calls where we will focus on the menopausal themes for that season.

    There will be 1 masterclass per month these might be a cooking classes, yoga immersion or a special guest speaking on a topic that the group has expressed interest in.

  • All of the live sessions and masterclasses will be recorded and available to you within 24hrs of the recording. If you are hold seasonal membership these will only be available for the season you have purchased membership for.

  • I am going to encourage you to buddy up with a woman from the group.

    This is because I believe one of the most essential things for women in menopause is the support of another woman who gets what she is going through.

    There will be guidelines for the way we support each other so we don’t get caught up in old patterns of rescuing.

  • When you recommend a friend to Gather if they choose to join you will receive a discount from me of to say thanks for helping me grow this community.

    If you return for a second season or renew your yearly membership you will receive a 20% discount.

  • Here you will be able to find access to books, podcasts, online summits, conferences, practitioners, products relating to menopause, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese medicine and more.

  • There are no refunds for seasonal membership purchases. If you want to cancel your yearly membership and you have taken the pay monthly option your membership will be cancelled and no more payments after that month will be deducted.

    If you have paid in full for your yearly membership there are no refunds available as they pay in full option was sold at a highly reduced price.
